As a Product Manager, your main responsibility involves overseeing the development of software products. This entails analysing operational needs, conceptualising software solutions, and collaborating with the Client's software team to implement and enhance product functionality. Your contributions will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product development initiatives and meeting client expectations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy based on market research and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritise, and refine product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to execute product development initiatives.
  • Drive the product development process, from sprint planning and backlog grooming to release coordination and delivery.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting sales enablement.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and release plans to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Act as a champion for the product both internally and externally, advocating for its value and benefits.
  • Drive the success of the product, ensuring it meets the needs of customers and aligns with the company's business goals throughout its lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience (3-5 years or more): Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from conception to launch.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Product management software such as Jira, Asana, or Trello for project management and collaboration.
  • Customer feedback tools like UserVoice or Zendesk for gathering and analysing customer feedback.
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel for tracking product usage and performance metrics.
  • Prototyping and wireframing tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for visualising product concepts and designs.
  • Communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for team communication and remote collaboration.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
