As Remedy’s Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand innovation, design, new product development, launches, and our overall growth and marketing strategy. Your main goal is to develop and execute the strategies that help us get our solutions to more customers.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who will focus their energy on spearheading growth initiatives and driving improvements within the organization by leveraging the latest tools, techniques and technologies that allow the company to achieve its overall business goals.
You’ll lead our marketing team and their collaboration with our clinic, R&D and brand teams to achieve your objectives, which is to make Remedy the #1 acne and skin wellness brand in the country.
This role will report directly to the CEO. This is a hybrid role where you will work remotely and be required to be on-site 2-3 days a week.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute our marketing strategy to drive brand growth, market share, and consumer engagement for the Remedy brand.
- Manage the marketing budget (ROAS) and ensure that it is used in a way that maximizes ROI and marketing impact.
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, including brand positioning, messaging advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the CEO and R&D teams in the development of new treatment concepts and bring them to market.
- Collaborate with the clinic operations team to develop effective go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Foster a culture of creativity and ideation within the marketing team, encouraging innovative thinking and leveraging market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and other vendors.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and incorporating relevant advancements into marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role in a consumer facing industry with a strong digital presence.
- Driven and led the creative process in your marketing team.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue, brand growth, new product development, and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
