Job Description
Remedy is looking for creative, hardworking, and organized individuals to join our team! The Social Media Engagement Intern will work directly with our Patient Care Specialist in engaging and communication with the Remedy community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with social media followers in real-time
- Monitor social media channels for comments to engage in
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- Ensure that every relevant comment, mention, tag, post, and share are responded to
- Assist with handling unanswered messages
- Contribute to the Knowledge Base and help develop standard responses for common inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
- College student in any related field
- Interested in skin, beauty, and wellness
- Up to date on trends and skincare industry
- Strong research, communication, and presentation skills
- Have positive energy and a happy disposition
- Organized, professional, and tech-savvy
