Job Description
Remedy is looking for a part-time Patient Care Specialist to join our team! As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with the Remedy community on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers in real time
- Ensure that every relevant comment, mention, tag, post, and share are responded to
- Provide weekly and monthly analyses and insights to our management team and executives
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- Assist with handling unanswered messages
- Contribute to the Knowledge Base and help develop standard responses for common inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate from any related field
- Excellent written English skills and reading comprehension skills
- Fast typer and comfortable using social media
- Interested in skin, beauty, and wellness
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Organized, professional, and tech-savvy
