The main function of Technical Services Manager is to head and lead the department staff in product development and quality assurance activities respectively aiming in contributing or enhancing the profitability of the Company through:
- Innovation/ creation of new product and improvement of the existing product;
- Continuous quality improvement of the product as well as the quality standard of the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and any related courses;
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Food Industry;
- Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, research and communication skills;
- High integrity and work ethics;
- With good judgment and decision-making skills;
- Computer literate;
- Results oriented ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines.
