The Career Counselor assists and supports the students through the implementation of the school’s Career Guidance Program. He or she serves as a facilitator to help students succeed in achieving their academic and career goals as well as in their social development. Successful counselor hires are expected to:
- Work collaboratively in a cross-cultural school environment.
- Develop personal and professional growth.
- Contribute to a warm, nurturing and big-hearted school culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educated to a degree level from the top universities of the country, preferably at graduate-level or with international study or qualification
- Must have at least two (2) years of relevant counseling experience with teens and/or young learners here or abroad
- Ability to work in a team, with a warm personality and a flexible attitude
- Must be smart, organized, efficient with a good track record
- Excellent competency in English is a must
