- As Human Resources Officer, the Employee shall, during the course of employment,
- Apart from assisting the day-to-day operations of the HR Office will be mainly responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process;
- Will facilitate government reportorial requirements;
- Will facilitate orientation of new staff members;
- Will also assist with payroll management.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in related field of study such as Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR-related work experience, with at least 1 year as HR Officer
- Work experience in schools is an advantage
- With excellent written and oral English communications skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspaces, database management
- Ability to work in a team, with a warm personality and a flexible attitude
- Must be smart, organized, efficient with a good track record
- Has high moral and work ethic
- Applicants must be willing to work full-time by December 2022.
- References must be immediately available.
