The Curriculum Head is responsible for managing procedures to ensure the school develops and articulates an appropriate curriculum to support student learning by assisting principals in curricular and instructional decisions, promoting professional development activities related to school initiatives and goals, and collaborating with other curricular departments to facilitate all curriculum development in the school in a cohesive manner. The successful hire is expected to:
- Be globally-minded, helping teachers and students see beyond themselves to better understand the world.
- Work collaboratively in a cross-cultural school environment.
- Mentor teachers to use differentiation in assessment and teaching for student success.
- Develop personal and professional growth.
- Contribute to a warm, nurturing and big-hearted school culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in Education.
- Candidates at doctorate-level and/or with international experience or qualification to teach have an advantage.
- Must be a licensed educator with a good track record.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in Education.
- At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in education is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team, with a warm personality and a flexible attitude
- Must be smart, organized and efficient
- Excellent competency in English is a must.
- Applicants must be available, and willing to work full-time in Pasig City, Philippines
