The HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE must be able to take on training and development initiatives of the office when determining training interventions; training program administration through coordination of logistical requirements; and provide administrative support to the office of Human Resources.
Minimum Qualifications
WHAT ARE CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Has at least 2 years relevant working experience as an HR Assistant or Associate or Training Assistant
- Previous experience in training and education-related work is an advantage
- Proficiency with computer applications and document programs, specifically Google Apps for Education
- Flexibility, multi-tasking, office-management and organizational skills
- Smart, analytical and detail-oriented and with a good track record
- With excellent English communication skills
- Positive, happy and warm personality
- Trustworthy with high moral and work ethic
- Must be available immediately to work full-time in Pasig City, Philippines
