Job Description
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business units.
- Designing and expanding training & development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of staff learning and development programs and the implementation of an annual corporate training plan and budget
- Coordinate the development, delivery and evaluation of a suite of Leadership Development programs 5. Create and maintain systematic capture of corporate training records and data 6. Create training effectiveness reports, analyze, create and follow up action plans
- Ensure the effectiveness Onboarding program on 1st day new employees join, started from pre-onboarding until evaluation
- Perform on induction New Employees by creating the best first day experience as a new employee
- Assist new employees if any questions asks, ensure employees understand the company culture policies
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement in Organization Development activities, services and policies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of organisational development / strategic OD and Business Improvement policy and programs.
- Support the delivery of culture change projects to build on employee and organisational performance across the business.
- Provide a consultancy service to managers and staff on learning & development area
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Psychology Background is preferred.
- Proficient with learning and development programs, also having related experiences with culture and people engagement programs
- Confident and passionate in training facilitation.
- Good analytical, exploratory and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, collaboration with all level employees
