Job Description
- Engage on fans/followers on a daily basis, maintain relationship with them to create positive sentiments and preference towards brand
- Crisis handling and management
- Social listening on other platform (non-owned assets), being a “proactive agent”
- Constantly providing insights and learnings on actual customer behavior for campaign strategy and planning, as well as content creation
- Constantly identifying happy and influential user on social
- Future: manage community, fanbase across all digital platforms (social media, forums, blog, website)
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding about digital marketing and branding
- Understanding about social media marketing
- Understanding about Indonesian market landscape
- Understanding about public relations is a major plus
- Good communication skills
- Good writing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze data, audience, and trends
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Min. 1 years as community/social media officer or relevant experince
- Fresh graduates are welcome
