Job Description
- Bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan SPK (Surat Perjanjian Kerjasama)
- Mengupdate form KOL kepada Finance
- Reminder term payment KOL ke team Finance & memberikan informasi terkait payment yang sudah diproses ke influencer
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim Finance terkait dengan kelengkapan data & berkas-berkas influencer untuk proses payment (ex: kekurangan data, revisi berkas dll)
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan KOL Manager & KOL Specialist terkait dengan payment influencer (ex: bukti payment)
- Membuat report & update bukti tayang influencer yang dibuat oleh KOL Specialist
- Melakukan update performance influencer untuk kebutuhan data analis
- Melakukan update data based influencer, buzzer dan community (rate card, dll)
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate min (D3) semua jurusan
- Perempuan max 25th
- Dapat menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Memiliki komunikasi skill dan team work yang baik
- Memiliki cara kerja yang teliti dan terorganize
- Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Available join di November 2019
