- Type accurately.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
- Maintain accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
- Keep financial records updated, prepare reports, and reconcile bank statements.
- Process business transactions, like accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-4 years of work experience in the related field.
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
- Competency in MS Office applications, databases, and accounting softwares.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
- Well organized.
- Willing to work in Binondo Manila.
