About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to help look after our growing list of clients.
As a Customer Service Manager your role will include the following activities:
- Quarterly check-in calls and online meetings with our clients.
- Managing the subscription renewal process for clients
- Proactively contacting low usage firms to get them to use the platform again
- Handling client escalations
- Handling client cancellation requests
About the company
You will be working for an established Australian IT Company supporting a security software trusted by thousands of companies to manage passwords, control access and protecting data online.
You will be mentored and trained by a team of Filipinos, Australians and British professionals as you grow your skills and experience in relevant and valuable emerging technologies as we move towards 2020.
Minimum Qualifications
The role requires the following:
- An individual with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Vast experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. This person is expected to compose meaningful and effective written communications.
- Willingness to grow in the role and learn new skills on the job
- Experience working with an international client base
- Management experience is not essential, but demonstrable leadership skills are a must
