- Maintaining financial, accounting, and administrative services in order to meet corporate and legislative requirements
- Payroll management for all employees. Completes payroll information by managing payroll preparation, completing reports, and maintaining records.
- Coordination & timely execution and accurate collection of customer accounts, including calling up accounts for payment
- Resource person on franchise financial housekeeping
- Assist in financial planning and management
- Facilitate parent company interface on finances.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/ Finance/ Banking or equivalent
- With approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in various areas of Accounting and Treasury
- Knowledge in Tax Laws and regulations for proper tax compliance and processing of government reportorial requirements (SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, LGUs)
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Good background of strong adherence to internal controls and to accounting standards
- Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts
