Job Description
The HR Assistant's primary role is marketing organization and recruitment of prospective brokers.
- In charge of organizing company events (ex. sales kick off, team outing, etc.)
- In charge of sales reports within the company and reporting to RE/MAX Philippines
- Office coordinator in dealing with RE/MAX Philippines, agent applicants/recruits, in-house agents, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a college degree
- Candidate must be very approachable and has a very pleasant personality
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
