RE/MAX Philippines seeks to add a key member to its leadership team by employing a dynamic and motivated professional as its next Head of Sales & Marketing
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the strategic development projects for RE/MAX Philippines. The primary role is to achieve revenue goals, expand the company’s customer base and increase sales opportunities through brand awareness, public relations, and marketing projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- REVENUE: Build and manage the team involved with franchise sales. Demonstrate effectiveness by consistently hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- FORECASTING: Use consultative sales skills and time management to develop robust pipeline for new business. Analyze quantitative and qualitative market feedback to recommend adjustments that ensure on, or above target performance
- DEVELOPMENT: Strategic business development planning and identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is valued
- Passion for business economics and corporate strategic planning
- Goal-oriented, creative and self-motivated; excellent time management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills; Confident public speaker
- Proven sales record
- Successfully launched marketing campaigns
