Job Description
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the Business Development Manager will lead the strategic development projects for RE/MAX Philippines. The primary role is to achieve revenue goals, expand the company’s customer base and increase sales opportunities through brand awareness, public relations, and marketing projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
REVENUE: Build and manage the team involved with franchise sales. Demonstrate effectiveness by consistently hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
FORECASTING: Use consultative sales skills and time management to develop robust pipeline for new business. Analyze quantitative and qualitative market feedback to recommend adjustments that ensure on, or above target performance
DEVELOPMENT: Strategic business development planning and identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is valued
- Passion for business economics and corporate strategic planning
- Goal-oriented, creative and self-motivated; excellent time management skills
