Job Description
- Applies nursing principles and techniques in the treatment of patients. Provides nursing care, emotional support and education to the patient
- Maintains records of service performed and of apparent condition of patient, using documentation guidelines and standards set forth by OSH.
- Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.
- Provides excellent primary and preventative health care services to patients under physician supervision.
- Orders interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
- Discusses case with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan.
- Conduct health awareness program
- Conduct 1st Aid if necessary
- Management and monitoring of inventory of 1st Aid kit contents
- Develop guidelines on prevalent health risks
- Perform other safety, health and environmental duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be Registered Nurse
- Preferably Undergone 40 hours of Bosh Ohnap
- Excellent on Microsoft applications
- Preferably, with a valid first aid training
- Preferably, Conducted or experienced corporate health programs
