Job Description
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application
- Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding assigned tasks
- Research integration issues and work closely with team members to ensure its timely resolution
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment
Minimum Qualifications
- 7-8 years experience working in IT out of which 3-5 years should have development experience with Force.com, APEX, Visual Force and other related technologies
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
- has historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
- Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator certification.
- Experience with SQL and any Object Oriented language (Java or C#.net)
- Experience with an Agile development methodology and Agile project teams
- Experience with Financial services applications
- Knowledge of Financial system concepts (ledgers, double book entries et al)
Pluses:
- Experience with implementing FFA (Financial Force Application)
- Salesforce Advanced Developer certification
- Applications architect experience
- Experience design/Implementing non CRM application/modules within Salesforce *
- Experience with ANT deployments
- Developing batch processing within Salesforce
Others
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- (if offshore) willing to work night shift, possible weekend work during Production rollout
- Technical Interviewers (this portion will not be shared to the applicants)
