Job Description
- Study the application and work with the internal teams (business analysts, QA analysts, developers and/or subject matter experts) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the application and the documentation requirements
- Review and update existing user guide, training materials and other technical documents to align to the latest version of the application
- Propose a workflow and timeline on creating and/or updating technical documents for upcoming versions of the application
- Analyze, propose and improve existing technical documents that would further meet the needs of non-technical end users
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Computer Studies, English or Communications
- Minimum of 2 years or more in technical writing of software documentation
- Familiar in content management
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Excellent communication skills to take complex, technical information and translate it for non-technical consumers
- Thorough and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with the software development lifecycle
- Must be able to work well in a multicultural environment and with colleagues from different professional background
