Project Manager | Netsuite  

A successful candidate in this position will lead team(s) of employees and consultants to implement NetSuite ERP solutions for a Pharmaceutical company usage. The scope of ERP solutions includes complete end-to-end implementations, integrations, technical upgrades and various module implementations. The candidate needs to have excellent communications skills and a strong desire to deliver results. This is a hands-on Project Manager position and requires the incumbent to participate in and lead all phases of project i.e. design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
He/she will also be responsible in providing reviewing engagement documentation, contributing to knowledge share activities, and providing ongoing support to fix issues related to customization.

Accountabilities

• Manage, deliver, and support ERP implementations that identify, design, implement creative business solutions, and technology solutions.
• Manage implementation risk and project economics including the following:
  • Planning and budgeting.
  • Defining deliverable content.
  • Ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the business as well as IT governance.
  • Being accountable for execution.
• Manage the day to day interactions with business management and sponsorship.
• Manage and provide leadership to the North American and Filipino ERP team of employees and consultants.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors.
  • Influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

• Demonstrated Project/Program Management experience in a global and complex environment.
• Demonstrated experience of managing project budgets and timelines.
• NetSuite ERP implementation experience is a big plus.
• Understanding of business process from start to end.
• Intermediate NetSuite knowledge.
• Must know how to:
  • Make workflows and use NetSuite scripting.
  • Use SuiteFlow workflow manager.
• Commitment to high-quality in Customer communications - best practices and processes.
• Analysis of complex Customer business process flows to present effective resolutions.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple on-going projects and adhere to project deadlines.
• Must be adept at communicating with non-technical shop floor business personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to work in and manage matrix teams.
• Maintain excellent business relationships with all departments.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.

• Can work under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work North American shift (graveyard schedule).
