Work Scope
- Team Management
- Develops and accomplishes target in the given period
- Supervises, coaches, and mentors the Project Management Team, and ensures 100% compliance of the standard operating procedures
- Complies with the set cost-efficiency initiatives, and operates within the department budget
- Project Management
- Identify, create, and facilitate initiatives that will improve project management
- Provides support in terms of project management that will ensure successful accomplishment of project deliverables
- Eliminates bottlenecks, and clears the path to ensure the realization of department targets
- Other tasks which may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
What we'd like you to have:
- At least a graduate of Computer Science / Information Technology / Management of Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / Marketing / Management /other related fields
- With 3 years of solid experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager, and 1-year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle (SLDC)
- Foresight and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in web development jargons and concepts
- Proficient in the English Language both written and oral
- With good interpersonal skills
Useful but not required
- Project Management Institute – Project Management Professional (PMI – PMP)
