Job Description
What you’ll do:
This role will aid in the effective implementation of HR processes:
- Training and Development
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis.
- Develops training modules and materials as needed by the company.
- Implements and facilitates training programs.
- Manages external training requests, including reporting and documentation
- Administers surveys, and gathers training feedback for the improvement of the succeeding projects of the Talent Training and Development Team.
- Employee Support System
- Implements and monitors the Employee Support System (Buddy Date, Club System, Teambuilding, and others)
- Ensure accurate payment requests, schedule, processing and reporting
- Management of “marketing”/ training materials
- Performance Management
- Schedules the performance appraisal period, and ensures the complete participation of the employees.
- Conducts Evaluation Training as needed.
- Monitors the status of the performance appraisal process and submission of requirements.
Career and Succession Planning
- Conducts the career development programs.
- Conducts the collection and the analysis of the success plans endorsed by the Department Managers.
Minimum Qualifications

What we’d like you to have:
- With at least 3-5 years experience in corporate training and at least 1-year supervisory experience; or 5-7 years experience in corporate training
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Humanities/Liberal Arts, or equivalent
- Detail-oriented and with good problem-solving skill
- Proactive and with initiative
- With above average English communication skills (written and verbal)
