What you’ll do:
- Communication Planning
- Gathers information and creates information release plans for projects and initiatives for tutors
- Drafts and checks written contents of information releases to tutors
- Manages all client requests for information releases
- Documentation & Compliance
- Documents and keeps an inventory of all information releases to tutors
- Ensures compliance of all releases to the Service Agreement and Data Privacy Act
- Information Sharing
- Shares all information releases to stakeholders and RareJob employees
- Schedule orientations for information-sharing to other clients
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
What we’d like you to have:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably English, Communications or Marketing
- Highly proficient in both oral and written English
- Excellent business writing and researching skills
- Client management skills
- Can work well with a team
- Goal-oriented, passionate, highly proactive, and with a strong sense of ownership
Not required, but very useful:
- Business Writing experience
- Being a RareJob tutor
