What you'll do:
- Handles and resolves all inquiries received within the service level agreement
- Escalates all necessary transactions involving next tier decision-making/processing
- Ensures proper documentation of all transactions handled
- Resolves all lesson disruptive issues whenever necessary to ensure lesson continuation
- Ensures all queries and urgent information are disseminated in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications
What we'd like you to have:
- Graduate of ANY 4-year course
- No required work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work under strict deadlines and dynamic work environment
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Not required but very useful:
- Experience in customer service (non-voice)
- CSR training
- Knowledgeable in using Skype
Work Schedule:
- Amenable to 4AM – 1PM and 3PM – 12MN shifts
- Amenable to work weekends and holidays
