Job Description
- Handle government accounts, updating reports, and monitoring solution strategies
- Prepare proposals and bids to the government entities for all materials distributed by the company
- Work with suppliers on opportunities related to government business
- Complete conversion mailings by coordinating requirements and developing plans
- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintain and foster relationships with necessary government agencies
- Maintains quality service by monitoring standards and advising management of potential problems
- Prepare work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents
- Ensure compliance with government laws, and administer records, documents, and reference materials related to government contracts and compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Sales, or any related field
- Proven working experience with contracts, bids, and proposals in the government
- Dealing with some government accounts experience
- Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions
- Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable
- Experience in a wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
