Job Description
- Attend Meetings and take the minutes
- Communicate with local and overseas clients
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters, etc.)
- Handle confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secured
- Monitor office supplies and communicate with corresponding personnel
- Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks
- Contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Communications, Marketing, or any related course
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative assistance role
- In-depth knowledge of office management as well as technical vocabulary
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Outstanding communication and dealing abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- With integrity and always considering confidentiality
