Job Description
- Assist Sales Executive for all house accounts and other documentation
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
- Send catalogs and actual samples for new items
- Coordinate with Sales Operations with regards to documents needed for the client
- Submit orders by referring to the price list and product code
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
- Attend to customer’s needs and concern with regards to the products that we sell
- In-Charge in checking Showroom display if it’s complete and neatly displayed
- Assist Sales Executive with client queries, answer phone calls in the absence of SE’s then coordinate with them afterward
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solution, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Obtain order and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Sales, or any related course
- Ability to work with data, analyze promotions, and work on range reviews
- Must have work experience as Sales Assistant or any related position
- Must know how to propose appropriate products to the client and its market
- Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
