Job Description
- Responsible of all Company’s operation flows, including monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Direct and oversee day to day operations through effective leadership and efficient management of team leads and support teams
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Ensuring the financial systems in place and manage all aspects of the company’s financial systems in accordance with agreed policies; ensuring accurate financial records are maintained, and reporting on a regular basis to the CEO
- To ensure that the financial budget and transactions are carried out in an appropriate manner
- Prepare overall financial report; Include communicate and coordinate report to CEO
- To prepare appraisals for particular projects and the development of initiatives
- Initiate and manage audit procedures as necessary
- Design financial and operation strategy; Include provide advice to CEO regarding financial programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economy, or other related major
- Have minimum 5 years of experiences to related function
- Able to create, analyze, and interpret financial report
- Familiar with accounting, operation, and financial system
- Having experiences in managing team
- At least 1-year experiences in Edu-tech business would be preferred
