- Studies and observes the clients' organizational structure, business processes, information flow, and process and information ownership.
- Elicits, documents and analyzes clients' software and reporting requirements.
- Documents and evaluates software change requests.
- Does basic configurations to our proprietary Open Source-based cloud platform.
- Works as hub of communications with the web developers, QA specialists, the technical writer (end-user documentation) and the project manager throughout the software lifecycle.
- Assists the project manager in estimating task man-hours and scheduling.
- Assists clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong and effective communication and informational skills (reading, writing, speaking, viewing, presenting, modeling and abstraction, sensitive information-handling).
- Effective use of modeling and diagramming tools and methods (business rules, decision tree/table, process flowchart, data flow diagram, object-relational diagram, gap analysis and/or role-permission-object matrices).
- Knowledge or familiarity in at least one industry (retail and distribution, logistics, HR, healthcare, hospitality, etc.).
- Capable of maintaining a friendly disposition, even when under pressure or when resolving conflict.
- Effective collaborator and team-player.
- Takes to mentoring very well.
