- Making sure that the Production Employees adhere to the rules and regulations of the Company, primarily with regards to meeting the Company’s standards on quality.
- Delegating tasks and assigning workloads to Production Employees, and making sure that they meet their deadlines by submitting 100% completed work with exemplary quality.
- Helping evaluate and improve the performance of the Production Employees and of the company’s day-to-day operations in general.
- Train/ retrain existing and new Production Employees for the Proprietor’s existing and new clients and projects.
- Answering and helping get answers to questions raised by Production Employees about the conduct of their work, specifically the identification of the correct procedures, terminologies, tools and other related needs.
- Assisting the Company develop, adopt, revise and implement its rules and regulations.
- Conduct marketing initiatives aimed at getting new clients/projects.
- Representing the Company's operations though harboring professional communications and long-term relationships with its clients, suppliers and partners, and in a way that projects and keeps the Company in a positive light.
- Planning and implementing smart strategies on business, marketing, products and other important aspects of the Company, which benefit the Company, its Employees as well as the Community and Environment.
- Acting as a backup, Linguist or Editor during almost impracticable scenarios where workloads suddenly exceed the maximum workable number in a day. A corresponding extra compensation in the form of overtime pay commensurate to the production tasks performed is given.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any related course;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- With at least 3 years experience as a Manager from a BPO company.
