Job Description
Main tasks:
- Regular communication with clients and suppliers mainly through emails, chats and phone calls
- Analysis, negotiation, and confirmation of job orders
- Accurate and timely recordkeeping of all business transactions
- Allocation of projects to overseas linguists/suppliers
- Delivery of outputs and handling of post-delivery follow-ups
Secondary tasks:
- English proofreading in case of volume surge (when the in-house proofreader is in full capacity)
- Recruitment and training of freelance linguists
- Sales and marketing efforts
- Representing the team in virtual and physical language conferences
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Management or the likes is an advantage, but not required.
- Experience: Work experiences relating to customer service, sales and marketing, and translation/localization are huge pluses, but not required.
- Skills: High English Proficiency, Computer/Technology Literacy, Customer Service, Email Support, Microsoft Office, Multitasking & Time Management, Communication Skills, Reading Comprehension, Critical Thinking
- Knowledge: Knowledge in any Computer Aided Translation (CAT) tools and Adobe InDesign or other DTP tools are definite advantages, but not required.

Attitude: He/she must be a team player, but at the same time, can work under minimal to zero supervision. He/she also needs to have strong senses of accountability, initiative, and diligence with his/her work. Can find the right balance between a logical mind and an emotional heart.
Other preferences:
- Resides near the office area (Marikina, Antipolo, Cainta or other nearby towns).
- Passionate writers/bloggers with SEO knowledge.
- Willing to accept the following work shift: 12AM - 9AM, 1PM - 10PM, 7PM - 4AM
