Job Description
- Direct sales of American Management Association solutions in areas of strategy, finance, management, leadership, sales and consulting to BPO companies, large local companies government agencies and multinational companies in the territory. These are for in-house customized solutions.
- Understand customer requirements, manage the existing accounts and prospecting new account opportunities to achieve the sales target
- Develop proposal and pricing to both potential and existing customers
- Work closely with senior consultants in the development of proposal, if senior expertise is necessary
- Schedule training dates, brief and coordinate with trainers in delivery
- Customer service and ensure that client expectations are met after sales
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary or diploma, with several years of working experience
- Already in a field sales responsibility role, to commercial companies or government-related organizations
- Preferably has knowledge of training services and professional development
- Positive and pleasant disposition, good negotiation & presentation skills
- Excellent communication skill with customers, in English and local language
- Good project management skills as the role will require total account management
- Strong BPO industry network a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
