• Technical support for Telephone related concerns
• Technical support for mobility related concerns
• Analyzes financial impact and operational expenses for Telephony and Mobility infrastructure of the Bank
• Oversees Telephony infrastructure
• Coordination to Telco for related Telephony and Mobility concerns
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Has knowledge and background on call flow development;
- Applications: Microsoft, WebSphere, Eclipse, NetBeans, Postman, Aspect, Twilio, Cisco, Cloud PABX, Zoom Phone or any contact center platform;
- Has knowledge on API integrations and development;
- Has extensive knowledge on Telephony Infrastructure and integrations;
- Willing to be deployed onsite (Ortigas).
