Job Description

  • Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of Questronix’s solution offerings (products and services)
  • Obtain a deep understanding of each client’s business – industry, organization, operations, and the infrastructure/tools that make them run
  • Validate and qualify passed on leads and opportunities
  • Develop and unearth new clients and opportunities for business growth
  • Comprehensive coverage of key people from all levels of the client’s organization – establish, nurture, and maintain relationships through numerous professional channels (i.e. regular meetings and visits, presentations and tech updates, events, calls, etc.)
  • Explore and understand the needs and/or pain points of the client
  • Collaborate with technical counterparts (internal and external) in preparing the best possible proposal to address the client’s needs and requirements
  • Discuss the benefits of the proposed solution and its advantages over its competition
  • If necessary, negotiate pricing, inclusions, and other pertinent components of a project being closed
  • Timely preparation of various reports – sales pipeline, client demographics, itinerary/activity report, proposal, profit and loss forecast for each sale
  • Attend training, seminars, conferences, and tech updates for professional growth and enhancement of skills, knowledge, and expertise
  • Stay updated on the trends, innovations, movements, and news of Questronix’s technology partners, as well as the IT industry as a whole
  • Generate sales and achieve quota

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Management, or any related course to the aforementioned
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to connect and build rapport with people from all levels of the organization
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Consultative selling
  • Resourceful and knowledgeable on solutions relevant to Questronix and its clients
  • Requires minimum supervision
  • Resilient
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Advantage (but not required)
  • Knowledge on and capability to conduct design thinking and whiteboarding
