Job Description
- Answers Email Inquiries
- Facebook and Airbnb Inquiries
- Phone inquiries
- Handles overbookings and special requests
- Coordination with PMS, property, and payments
- Coordination with Property Operations
- Payments coordination
Work is Monday to Saturday, day shift in a young, fun startup environment in Quezon City
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills;
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Email, Google Drive, and other web apps
