Job Description
- The selected candidate will be assigned to a new 50 room boutique hotel in Poblacion, Makati.
- Directs and oversees day to day operations of the hotel -- Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Marketing, Guest Relations, Human Resource
- Establishes Standard Operating Procedures and ensures its implementation
- Produces daily reports for owners and stakeholders
- Designs and implements promotional programs for local and corporate marketing to reach sales targets
- Initiation of offline marketing efforts, not limited to events and partnerships
- Handling of group or corporate accounts
- Keeps track of sales vs forecast, consumption vs. budget -- Working operational income statement
- Filing and Liquidation
- Oversees property management of entire building -- maintenance, meter readings
- Monitors inventory and par stocks
- Requisition of replenishments
- Monitors personnel performance
- Plans personnel schedules
- Implements code of conduct
- Handle guest relations and resolving complaints and conflicts
- Processing of online pre-payments and initiation of online transmittals
- Handling and documentation processing of long-term tenants
- Reputation management, responding to negative reviews on online platforms
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-year of working experience in handling hotel operations
- Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Leadership and people skills
- Works well under pressure.
