Logistics Coordinator | Tacloban  

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible ensuring that staff utilizes appropriate procedures and safe practices; receiving, dispatching, storage and distribution of goods. Ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and other resources and responsible in stocks replenishment as required to fulfill customers’ orders.

• Coordinates and provides direction to a team of warehouse staff.
• Enforces housekeeping principles to ensure a clean, orderly, efficient, well-presented and safe warehouse environment.
• Assists in supervising the receipt, transfer and delivery of finished goods.
• Assists other personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
• Ensures accurate inventory recording thru daily cycle counting comparing with systems balance.
• Ensures pull and prepare product for shipment, certifying that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Performs picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
• Leads physical inventories and ensure that all documents are accounted and properly filed.
• Assists in maintaining warehouse replenishment and proper stock piling/re-boxing of damage products.
• Responds to a variety of calls, concerns and/or complaints for the purpose of resolving problems and providing information.
• Monitors warehouse functions in conjunction with Supervisor for the purpose of providing efficient operations.
• Ensures Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy.

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• 3 years experience in warehousing.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports and perform documentation.
