Job Description
- Monitor the accounts receivable for Cebu accounts.
- Check accuracy for sales orders for assigned accounts against purchase orders, established prices, terms, and discounts.
- Issue collection receipts or acknowledgement receipts for payments.
- Coordinate with head office for the posting of all collections/payments and related credit memos.
- File documents (invoice, receipts, credit memos, debit memos, etc.) issued per customer for transmittal to head office.
- Follow up payments from customers either through phone call or actual visitation.
- Regularly submit required collection reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
- Preferably with prior work experience in credit and collection.
- Willing to perform liaison work as needed.
