About the Role:
Our Sales Team is the primary group responsible for bringing in clients to QuadX. We are seeking an independent, passionate and creative person to join our team to be based in Makati City. He or she will be responsible for managing the inquiries coming in from various sales channels. Inquiries will then be managed by replying to their emails, calling them and closing the sales OTP. The role would also entail attending events where we can meet potential clients or partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to make a donation
- To lead the efforts in building QUADX's book of business through lead generation initiatives
- Strategizes on tactics and works with the marketing team to generate leads
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Answer emails/ calls from potential clients who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Schedule appointments for Sales Managers to meet with prospective Clients or to attend sales presentations.
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
- Sources leads from online and offline channels, referrals, personal contacts and affiliations.
- Profiles the prospective leads, categorizes depending on the business model (GGX, XPOST, PAYLINK, etc.)
- Attends industry functions such as association events and conferences for networking and provide feedback and information on market and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Critical Thinker; uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service (voice or chat)
- Excellent Judgement and Decision- Making Skills. Must be able to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
- Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
