Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests as they enter the office. Assist applicants in filling out forms and guide.
- Assist visitors in the receiving area and offer drinks.
- Keep work area clean and tidy and will also responsible for the general cleanliness of the entire office.
- Monitor the time synchronization within the office.
- Provide information to callers over the telephone.
- Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person
- Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments for Driver’s schedule and conference room.
- Monitor employee attendance and visitors’ records.
- Update shift diaries and report maintenance issues to the Admin personnel like pest control, fire alarm testing etc.
- Monitor and issue office supplies to the employees.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment as well as office supplies replenishment.
- Check and monitor pre-employment requirements of the newly hired employees
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Office Management, Tourism and any other related courses
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate and internet savvy
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
