Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Give administrative support to the management and Accounting Department with regards to building admin and purchasing.
  • Administer personnel recruitment or hiring activities such as interviews, testing, salary negotiation and job offer.
  • Responsible with the employment background checking for the selected candidates.
  • Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Schedule or conduct new employee orientation program and other job-related trainings like product orientation.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Responsible with the timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
  • Do payroll and government mandated benefits.
  • Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Evaluate the employees on their work performance with the help of each department managers.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Issue disciplinary action to the employees based on the Company Rules and Regulations and in accordance with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
  • Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
  • Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
  • Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.
  • Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with Managers.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable of labor law.
  • Fresh Graduate is willing to apply.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Can perform a variety of job duties.
  • Team oriented and results oriented.
  • Willing to do extended hours of work if necessary.
