Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of customer contact for assigned accounts.
  • Establish and build strong customer relationships that allow for open communication and trust.
  • Coordinate the resolution of client issues and Service Requests for assigned clients.
  • Facilitate periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) conference calls with client personnel to understand client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with departments to coordinate client needs, resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance on issues regarding renewals, credit status, accounts receivables and collections.
  • Drive and coordinate business reviews.
  • Grow business by anticipating customer needs and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Management, Marketing and in any related field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of experience as an Account Manager is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in handling BPO accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong and consistent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, encouraging, motivating, and has a friendly personality.
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer contact at all levels within the client’s organization
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned clients.
  • Ability to recognize and escalate issues and risks as deemed necessary.
  • Ability to address and resolve all issues utilizing the available resources in a timely and proficient manner.
