Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuous accuracy check of perpetual inventory stock quantity.
- Safeguard of the stock, ensuring procedures and regulations are correctly followed
- are part of the responsibilities.
- Participates in the implementation of inventory system improvements as necessary.
- Physical counting items and matching physical count to computer system inventory
- and maintain the accuracy of the computer data.
- Cycle Audit - performed on a daily basis so the data in the system reflect the
- unaccounted and accounted item. Auditor generates branch audit and warehouse
- audit
- Monitor and ensure all audit reports, errors and discrepancies are reported and
- made an action plan for it.
- Investigates discrepancies, locates error sources from inventories and initiates
- corrective actions. Duties include recommending improvements to the system.
- Visit Company stores to conduct spot checking of inventory. Ensures branch audit
- reports are factual, declares discrepancy and initiates corrective actions.
- Supervise inventory auditing of establishments, and determine scope of
- investigation required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Adminitration/Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
- Preferably has an extensive experience in handling inventory and stocks
- Full time position(s) available
