Job Description
- Be directly responsible of the store's day-to-day activities including operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Align coordinates and implement sales plans and strategies to meet target.
- Ensure the company make profits.
- Maintain store staff's job results by:
- Coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Increase and sustain sales growth.
- Manage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
- Ensure availability of stocks and services.
- Formulate pricing policies by:
- Reviewing merchandising activities.
- Determining additional needed sales promotion and clearance sales activities.
- Studying trends.
- Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
- Share knowledge with other branches and cross-functional teams on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
- Address customer and staff satisfaction issues promptly.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the branch and company.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably an Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Sales - Retail/General or its equivalent.
