Job Description
- Actively participate in designing the search and business development strategy with the Business Development Manager.
- Attend or listen in on kick-off meetings, suggest possible targets, and attend client briefings/meetings when possible.
- Attend or listen in on all applicable sector and practice meetings/calls.
- Develop a full understanding of the search and the research needs of clients.
- Proactively identify and track organizational, industry, and/or functional trends and reports findings.
- Work on intellectually stimulating projects.
- Push forward the boundaries of technology development.
- Deal with high profile business entrepreneur.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience specializing in Marketing/Business Development or its equivalent.
- Proficient in Information Technology and Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel are pluses.
- Computer literate.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
- Intelligence/intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to work with minimal direction.
- Ability to work with multiple Managers and prioritize task effectively.
- Flexibility to work overtime, when needed.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Self-starter.
