Job Description

  • Highly creative, flexible, and can work under pressure.
  • Develops concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logo, websites, advertisement & marketing collaterals.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
  • Develop promotional Materials
  • Collaborates with Store programs, activities and logistics needed for the store events, promos/ sales and exhibit/booths.
  • Facilitates installation of collaterals for awareness campaigns and local events
  • Responsible for all marketing functions as well as third party channels.
  • Work closely with the mall marketing team, distributors, and partners to plan and execute all marketing initiatives
  • Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans in line with the company's goals and approach
  • Develop all brands as a positive consumer brand with mass appeal, both online and offline
  • Formulate, evaluate, and negotiate strong and innovative marketing partnerships and advertising opportunities
  • Build and manage our fan community by crafting and running effective online campaigns thru facebook, Instagram and other platforms used by the company.
  • Lead market research to develop an in depth understanding of our customers and competitors.
  • Coordinate with partner brands for related marketing campaigns
  • In charge of reseller accounts, reseller orders, contracts, evaluating and checking of reseller requirements.
  • Coordinating with Bazaar/Event organizer.
  • In charge of handling FB Shop (Orders & Fulfillments)
  • Coordinating with brands for aftersales related concerns
  • E-Commerce Marketing (Campaign and other marketing related / partnership)
  • Social Media Customer Service
  • Other ad-hoc duties related to Social media/ marketing operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Communications skills, Formulate Strategy, Planning, Basic Design Knowledge, Graphic Designs, Video Editing, Advertising
  • Hands-on experience on social and/or digital marketing, graphic design, photo, video editing and copy writing.
  • Knowledgeable in social media tracks
  • Artistic, creative and with passion in technology
  • Great Oral and Written Communications Skills
  • Ability to formulate Strategies and Planning.
  • Capable of Multitasking
  • Team Oriented
  • Basic Design Knowledge
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
