Job Description
- Create initiatives to increase activation in lead/lagging indicators for Mitras of Qoala Plus both from online and offline efforts
- Coordinate with the business, growth, content and the rest of activation team to launch, test and scale new initiatives
- Manage the performance of the cohorts and their engagement through multiple communication channels in tandem with business team, customer service and activation team
- Increase engagement and overall NPS of cohorts in relation to Qoala's brand perception
- Scale initiatives to many other cities and communities with great efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in optimizing and activating salesforce cohorts
- Experience and extensive knowledge in growth hacking from offline and online means such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social engineering, telesales etc
- Experience in multiple cities in Indonesia is a major plus
- Independent self-starter that can plan and execute his/her own initiatives and pivot accordingly when required
- Data driven in all approach to uncover new trends and insights
- Advanced research skills for current trends and competitor benchmarking
- Excellent English skill both written and oral
