Job Description
- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategy
- Define and meet important social media KPIs
- Create and manage social media calendar and content
- Proactively measure social media activity successes
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Ensure brand alignment on social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work with SEO and Paid Marketing specialists for engagement and other optimization efforts and strategies.
- Create and manage social media communities
- Optimize our digital ads
- Oversee creative design work, better yet, create designs using Canva, Photoshop, etc., which are professionally executed
- Coordinate with small team on how digital marketing efforts relate to the overall goal of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Has worked in a lean or startup setup
- At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role
- Has managed organic and social media accounts
- Familiar with Facebook/Viber communities/groups
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Familiar with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Proficient in the use of social media tools such as Zoho Social, Hootsuite, Canva, or the like
- Knowledge of the marketing funnel and ability to fatten up the funnel at whatever stage, while keeping cost per success manageableF
- Familiar with collaboration and project management tools like Asana, Clickup, monday.com, or the like
